Suspension System

It is a key part that connects the axle and the frame, absorbs the vibration and shock from the road while travelling to enhance the ride and the stability of the automobile.

It is composed of the chassis spring (lessens the shock from the road surface), shock absorber (absorbs the vibration of the spring, stabilizer (maintains the balance when making turns), and lower arm (supports the wheel from front, back, left, and right).

POWERTRAIN Mount System

Located on the lower left and right of the engine to support the engine and T/M while preventing the noise and vibration generated skidding and driving and the shock from the uneven road surface being transferred to the chassis to enhance the ride and the driving safety.

Damper Pulley System

Located on the right side of the engine to generate power and transfers the power generated from the engine to other parts.

Air Intake Hose

It acts as the path that sends the clean air coming through the cleaner and intake manifold into the inlet manifold and absorbs the vibration through below.

Seat Dynamic Damper

The products that make ride more comfortable and improve the effectiveness of NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) by mounted on the parts of the car where twisting vibration and other vibration occur and changing the original frequencies of the vibrations and reducing those vibrations are called DAMPER.

Our SEAT DYNAMIC DAMPER is a device that reduces the vibration energy; especially, located in the car seats, it is a car seat damper that reduces the vibrations transferred to the passenger seat.

The vibrations coming up from the bottom of a car can cause discomfort and motion sickness to the passengers. The SEAT DYNAMIC DAMPER reduces these vibrations directly by mounting the DYNAMIC DAMPER that reverse phases the original variation frequencies of the seats.

Currently, the causes and frequencies of these types of vibrations are increasing due to the high-ending, light-weighting, and high-powering trends in the car industry. To accommodate this problem, electronic damping seats are mounted on the luxury cars. However, due to its high cost and difficulty in A/S of those seats, it is not practical to mount them in the middle or low-end cars and in the diesel cars. For these needs, our SungRhimTNT has designed a new SEAT DAMPING that can reduce the vibrations most effectively with a minimum cost. This has been proposed to different car companies— its great effectiveness has been recognized on several cars from KIA and GMK. The new seat damping has been mass produced and we except gradual-increase to other cars.

Stabilizer Bar Bush

This is for the stabilizer bar mounting bush, which is one of the most important assembly parts. Specifically, is is to make it easy to assembly and to improve the safety and the uniformly-pressing supportability for the stabilizer bar.

Stabilizer bar is a type of torsion spring that supports the on-car rolling phenomenon caused by the car’s vibration by the rigidity of the stabilizer bar. It is an important part that can limit the rolling phenomenon as well as helping the driving stability by balancing the body of the car.

The stabilizer bar mounting bush from our company has more effective slip-preventing capability. More over, it resolves the problem of compressive force and friction in the slip-prevention and is made to assemble easily and conveniently for the bracket assembly and for the on-car assembly.

In addition, our products are in the process of filing and applying patents for the design and shaping of the RUBBER BONDED BUSH, which is made out of rubber except the inset steel and lower plastic, and for the molding and tool inspection.
